So basically one of my villagers moved out and I didn't find the villager I wanted to move in on time so the plot autofilled

The wiki says that the last villager that moved in can't get the thought bubble to move out if you're ignoring them and I don't have access to amibo

How would I get them to move out so I can get the villager I want? Do I just have to hope they show up at the campsite and keep refreshing until they make that villager move out? I want to keep all my other villagers

Does anyone know somewhere in and around Cork city that takes donations of old toys and boardgames? They're all in good condition I just don't know what to do with them
