If I don't lock my seat in round 3 and if it is the final round then how will my seat be locked ?

Will I lose my seat ?

In the website given the student toolkit it is mentioned 11th marksheet but I don't remember it . Although I'm searching, I'm still not able to find it .

Respected seniors , I want to ask that when counselling gets over when are we called to the college for remaining fees , hostel allotment . Is there a large gap between offline reporting and hostel allotment and the beginning of classes , as I'm for north india and it will be difficult to come again and again
