Myrna’s Bakehouse Chocolate Hills from Zamboanga - similar cakes in Manila?

Anyone from Zamboanga City who has tried Myrna’s Bakehouse’s Chocolate Hills cakes before?

Do you have any recommendations that are similar in taste to their chocolate hills cake?

My partner’s birthday is coming up sa December and I wanted to give them Myrna’s as their birthday cake but they dont have a store here in Manila :( My partner is from Zamboanga but have lived in Manila for several years now and yun daw fave cake nila growing up. As I havent tasted the cake before idk what it tastes like or if it has similar-tasting cakes based in Manila.

Badly need your help reddit. Thank you!

What are your go-to dishes?

Hi everyone! Wanted to ask ano usual go-to dishes niyo when cooking for picky eaters sa family niyo? Like yung children and senior citizens who only stick to 5 rotating dishes because ayaw nila ng gulay and ayaw nila ng beef or pork (and sometimes ayaw din isda😭)
Sawa na ako sa instant noodles at canned goods and different types of itlog huhu. Puro na processed food bc of the children pero ayaw ni mama. Sawa na rin mga bata sa tinola-adobo-sinigang-bangus lineup ni mama kasi yan lang gusto niyang kainin omfg. Plus ayaw nila ng menudo or afritada — anyth tomato based 😭 Everytime i cook gulay di rin nauubos naurr

I want variety bc I grew up eating any ulam on the plate pero idk w the younger sibs and my parents na tumatandang paurong 😭😭😭😭
