I need help, I’ve been having issues with my windows 11 pc. I have an issue where I can’t open the start menu with the keyboard or by clicking it. The control button opens the start menu, but it immediately closes. I can’t use windows + R to open the run window, I can’t start a new task from task manager, I can’t restart any services, I can’t open or close anything, other then windows explorer but then I can’t open anything else from there. I’ve restarted and ran an SFC Scan now but nothing came of it.

I know it happens more frequently when I use my xp pen when animating, but I’m not sure what the cause would be or how to fix it?
