The thought just crossed my mind what does this subreddit think of that rally/protest?

These seemed like very much yes or no questions this wasnt a criminal trial it was a congressional hearing he had his atternoys but although they are allowed to attend they cannot speak or argue on behalf of an individual. So now theres a vote next week to hold him on contempt of congress. He effectively made things way worse for him rather than working with congress just to answer to the senate homeland securuty and goverment affairs commitiee. To wrap back to to question what do you think we couldve learned if he simply answered he questions and tied up loose ends and not pleaded the fifth?
