Found eating guinea pig hay! Bigger and thicker then the bread consuming varieties! Secondary question, what would adequate care for this species look like?

Good colony pets?
I am looking for a good low maintenance colony invert, preferably pretty, not isopods, and easy to care for. I very much like inverts and this would be one of my first colonies. Thank you in advance!

Aether! A very pretty Betta
Don't mind the tank! The water is that color due to tannins from the wood and he doesn't have a light yet, the tank is NOT fully setup!! Working on it currently!!
Just wanted to show his coloration! I actually have no idea what his color is called, but I love him, he has diamond eye so broski is a tad blind, but I love him.
I found him at a store and he was discounted due to poor lighting, making him look plain grey, in the light he is copper with gorgeous lavender fins!! Getting him a light soon!
