Hoi allen,

Ik ben 24 en alleen, en heb de optie om een appartement te kopen waar ALLES nog aan moet gebeuren. het is in een gewilde regio Veluwe, maar niet in de beste wijk want het is natuurlijk een startersappartement.

Ik kan het kopen voor ongeveer 2 1/2 ton. Er zal nog ongeveer € 40.000 aan verbouwd moeten worden. Gelukkig heb ik goede contacten dus kan ik dit links en rechts wegschrijven waardoor de werkelijke verbouwingskosten ongeveer 30.000 uitkomen. Vergelijkbare woningen gaan weg voor ongeveer 310 als ze helemaal af zijn.

Ik ben ontzettend in dubio of ik het wel of niet moet doen. Het kan een mooie woning zijn, maar ik vind het ook heel spannend om zo’n grote lening aan te gaan. Wat zouden jullie doen?

Also: i usually love the hardstyle festivals vibe but never so much the more recent sounds. I like the euphoric and 2010’s better. How do you think the general sound will evolve, given this set? I personally hope we will move back to melodic, euphoric with lyrics and stuff.

So in dealing with the DefqonDepression i booked us some saturday tickets for Dominator. Have i ever been? No. Did i properly understand the difference between hardSTYLE and hardCORE? Definately not.

But since i have tickets now: who here is going to dominator also? How is the party? I'm trying to see how the ratio of Warrior-to-regular is gonna be...

Also am wondering if DJs will bring some sprinkle of Defqon energy to Dominator

I need to know what to negotiate for asap. Being 24 i have no experience with these kind of things and hope for your expertise to make the smart choice.

The situation:
I’ve been an accountmanager for a year now. In that time i realised 150% growth for my company.

Now i get the opportunity to greatly increase my responsabilities (from 60000 to 600000 euro portfolio). I will be able to build out an exsisting brand internationally and specialize in a niche (kid’s furniture).

!!!HOWEVER!!!

I ofc get a salary and a company car (already do). If i take these extra responsibilities i want more compensation. I have 0 experience with these things and need you all to help me decide what to negotiate for:

- stocks with dividend (not a stock market company)
- salary increase
- ‘ghost stocks’ (no say, but increasing value)
- a yearly share in the profits i realize (10%?)

I live in the netherlands. The company is not public. I have just gotten a small raise before i knew this was coming. I earn 3500 now. Its a 30 people company.

Also, i asked for more challenge myself.
