Step by step sweater GSR

So I just finished the ribbing for the collar of the sweater. I did 1 row of knit like the pattern said to do. I was following the video and made my first row of increases. However I wanted to do the German short rows. My question is do I have to undo that row of increases? I’m wondering if I can do a row of regular knit and then do the German short rows. This is my first time knitting a sweater and I’m still pretty new to knitting so I’m scared to pick up the stitches from the row under and redo it. I don’t want to lose the progress I have so far

First ever loaf

It is a pumpkin sourdough with brown sugar and cinnamon filling. The recipe I used is by @emmmyadams on TikTok.

Dough:
100g of active starter
250g of pumpkin puree
I did about 200g of warm water (the recipe called for 220g)
10g salt
500g of bread flour

Filling:
1/4 cup brown sugar
Lots of cinnamon

I basically followed the video exactly. I mixed the active starter, puree, salt and water together and then the flour. After that I did 2 rounds of stretch and folds with 30 minutes in between. And then 2 rounds of what was my best attempt at the coil folds with 30 minutes between each. Then I started to get a bit impatient haha. I let it sit for maybe 30/60 minutes? I lightly covered the counter in flower and spread out the dough then added about half the filling. Folded one side to the middle added some more. Then folded the other side into the middle and added the rest. Then I rolled it up tightly and did a few push and pulls. Let that sit for maybe 30/45 minutes (I was getting impatient) and then I cooked it at 450°F for 30 minutes without the lid (i put the Dutch oven in the oven while it preheated) and then cooked it 15 minutes without the lid.

I will say it is a bit squishy? But not really sure if that’s normal or not. Either way I’m impressed with myself. I also made another one that’s cooling still as we speak.

My dog has been acting a little strange and I am feeling like I need to take him to the vet

My dog is a pit bull, about 3/4 years old (he was a stray), male has been neutered for about two years and around 60lbs maybe 70 last I checked. Last month I noticed he was acting a bit strange by hiding under the bed and acting scared. Nothing from my knowledge had happened to him (I was at work when my family first told me about it) and he was still eating and going to the bathroom like normal. Well today while I was at work I got a message from my family about him acting strange again. When I came home I noticed he had full body shakes when standing/sitting, walking with his head down, he’s kinda sleepy(?) and he wouldn’t jump up on the bed with me like he normally does. He jsut wanted to lay with me or alone and take a nap (which isn’t totally out of character he usually does that). I’m just concerned for him since this is something that kinda happened in the past so it’s not just an isolated situation. I want to call the vet and take him but my parents seem on the fence thinking he’s just scared. I will say he is a scared dog especially if he doesn’t know you well but this is out of his normal self in my opinion.

Edit: we tried getting him off of the bed and he wouldn’t use his paws and they were dangling off of the bed and when he finally got off we tried to look at his paws to see if there was anything on his paws and he whined in pain like a small one and then he went to lay down on us and he whined again
