The hot tub plug blew!

It gets dusted off and plugged in during the summer. We've barely used it this year, I don't think we've turned the heating part on at all but it's left on and the pump goes through a cycle for two hours a day to keep the water moving and clean.

Would the fault likely be with the hot tub motor unit, the plug or the socket?

Pubs with pool tables?

Doesn't need to be competition standard but no rips or drink stains on the cloth would be nice.

Happy to drive so doesn't need to be central. In fact I think I'd rather be in a quiet country pub.

Shared office

We are a small tele sales team in a shared office space. The building is quite open in an old converted dockside warehouse. We use headphones on calls but the amount of noise is a distraction for all.

Looking for simple ways to reduce background noise. As it's not our building we can't make alterations like changing the ceiling so solutions to add to walls, mobile panels etc.

We have seen a house we are desperate to buy. We've been slow to put our house on the market and the agent has suggested no offers will be taken seriously until ours is sstc.

Our house is now listed and priced to sell.

What can we offer that will secure the house we want? We'd be happy to pay a deposit, but I can see potential problems down the line with that at survey, or time implications. Is this ever done?

We're down sizing, so although obviously there are limitations, we have equity to play with.

Just want to sense check a repair quote.

The wipers went ape on my 2019 Custom yesterday. The garage says it needs a new driver's side motor and a wiring loom.

£268 for the motor, £88 for the loom, plus fitting. Total £564 Inc fitting.

I questioned if we needed the motor as the wipers still move, but apparently there's a control module attached to the motor which is the problem. And the wiring loom is a common issue.

So, I guess it's right....?
