So I told my mom that if I ever get married, there would be no engagement, no wedding venue- just a court wedding. That’s it. And in the evening, I’d arrange a small party for the relatives.
And when I find someone who has the same views and is on board with those choices, that would be the day I get married.

And hearing this, she went completely silent. Her face literally went gloomy. Omg, I was like, wtf 😭. I can’t even have a choice in how I want my wedding day to be? I asked her what happened, and she just said, “Sometimes it’s best if I stay silent.” Lol. I can’t with her.

*I don’t like my relatives, nor do I like the idea of walking down the aisle or taking traditional wedding vows. I’d hate having to say that I’ll obey my husband and submit to my husband lol.* I’d much rather keep it simple, get legally married, and have a small party with family afterward.

If anyone thinks I’m in the wrong for wanting a court wedding, why is it wrong? And why are Malayali parents so against register marriages? Did your parents react the same way when you mentioned it?

I think Kathir is not gonna be around for so long in the coming episodes, so I guess Vijay and Rina will be coming to Chennai by episode 12 or so. But I was wondering, after that, what’s Kathir’s role? lol

Edit: Also, do y’all think Radhi would be mad at TR for going to see Rina and knowing that she fainted because she saw TR? I think if TR tells her that, Radhi would definitely want to go see Rina to check if she’s doing better.

Hey, so I'm just here to vent my thoughts after reading some comments about the characters in Heartbeat.

I saw some people blaming Vijay because they say he left Radhi waiting after telling her he'd come. But from what I remember, didn't his parents beat him and lock him in the house, which is exactly why he couldn't go with Radhi? So I don't think we should blame Vijay for that. On top of that, TR made him believe the baby had died. Imagine yourself in Vijay's shoes. I honestly don't think any of us would react differently.

The same goes for Radhi. Imagine yourself in her shoes too. You can't blame her either because when Rina came into her life, she was put in an impossible situation. She either had to accept Rina and risk her family falling apart, or keep Rina at a distance and protect the family she already had. That doesn't mean she didn't love Rina. It just means she didn't know what to do. I even think that if she had secretly started showing her love to Rina, she would've been constantly fighting with herself. But now that the secret is finally out and everyone knows the truth, Radhi is ready to openly shower Rina with all the love she couldn't give before. The sad part is that now Rina isn't with Radhi anymore.

That's why I don't blame Radhi or Vijay. And honestly, I don't blame Rina either. Just think about everything from Rina's perspective. The way she's acting with Vijay right now is completely understandable. I don't think she's angry at Radhi or Arjun as people 👀 she's just angry at her past. The problem is that all of them are connected to that past, so it's natural that she's distancing herself from everyone. I even saw someone comment that it's simply a trauma response and that she's trying to separate herself from Chennai, and I actually agree with that.

I also see a lot of people agreeing with Arjun, and I just want to say one thing. Arjun revealing Radhi's secret in front of the board members during such an official CEO selection meeting was completely wrong. But then people say that because Rina got angry at him for doing that, he also shouldn't reveal the truth about her father to Rina. That logic makes absolutely no sense to me because those two situations aren't even comparable.

In the first situation, he used Rina as a weapon. In the second, he found out something deeply personal that directly affects Rina's entire life, and then chose to keep it from her just because Radhi told him not to say anything. What do you mean??? You don't owe Radhi your silence in that situation, but you do owe Rina the truth because you were the one who found it.

The only thing I can't agree with Rina on is her not talking to Rocky and Ganesh uncle for an entire year. Maybe she was just in shock, and if that's the case, I can understand it. It's okay 👀 I forgive her.

But TR... I absolutely despise seeing him on screen. 😂 He makes my blood boil. He's so unbelievably selfish. Even in S3E4, all he could talk about was Radhi. I seriously don't understand that guy. Anyway.

Hey! I know Heart Beat Season 3 is officially releasing on July 30 on JioHotstar. But for those of us in the U.S., we watch it through Hulu, since JioHotstar isn’t available here.

Does anyone know when it usually gets added to Hulu? Like what time it normally releases in the U.S.? If you’ve been following the show on Hulu over the past couple of years, I’d really appreciate it if you could let me know. Thanks!

Hey, I know this is probably going to sound a bit stupid, but I still wanted to ask this here.

At the end of Season 2, we saw Rina had her head shaved for surgery. So if Season 3, Episode 1 starts with “1 month later,” she’s not supposed to have long hair, lol.

Season 2 also began with “1 month later” after Season 1, right? So I guess Season 3 either needs to take place much further in the future, or they have to show her still struggling to walk with much shorter hair. She’s not going to recover completely in just one month!

So we know Season 2 ended with Rina going into a coma, Vijay getting arrested, and Rina asking Vijay to take her away from Radhi.

When Season 3 begins, does anyone else want it to pick up right where Season 2 left off? I really want to see how Rina got out of the hospital and recovered. Maybe a scene where Radhi is trying to help her walk (I mean, we can clearly see Rina has a fracture), but Rina rejects Radhi's help.

I get that a lot of people want Season 3 to move straight into new scenes, but I'm still stuck on that last episode because I only finished both seasons last week, so it's still very fresh for me.

So yeah, I'd love to hear your suggestions! How do you think Season 3 should begin?

The conversation was pretty normal—we asked each other where we were from, and he even sent me two of his pictures without me asking. He said he's 22 and studying medicine. At one point, he said, "Nobody loves me," and I said something to hype him up. He replied, "Thanks for hyping me up." I would say he kept putting himself down, but honestly, the pics he sent me didn't look that bad lol. He also said he sings and plays the guitar.

Later, I asked for his Insta ID and said I'd send him a request. He gave me his ID, I sent him a request, and he requested me back. I'm assuming he looked through my Instagram and saw my pictures because, literally a few seconds later, I was suddenly blocked on Instagram. I went back to Reddit to ask him what happened, and he blocked me there too.

I personally don't find myself ugly, and I understand I might not be everyone's cup of tea. That's not what bothers me. What bothers me is the sudden block without saying a single word after seeing my pictures. Lol. I'm a human too. I have feelings too. I can take criticism really well, but having the door slammed in my face hurts more than honest words. It's the not knowing what happened that bothers me.

Have any girls here gone through the same thing? Have any guys here done this to other girls? What was the reason? Be honest with me. I can understand if you tell me, "You're just ugly," lol. I get it. But I genuinely want to know other people's perspective on this.

1. As I said in my title, is Season 3 going to be the last season? I just want to know what you guys think and if there have been any announcements about it.

I heard about Heartbeat for the first time last week, and I finished both seasons in just 5 days. So my question is for the people who have been watching it since 2024: how do they release the episodes? Is it weekly, or will they post all 100 episodes on July 30?
