Is this a good deal?

2026 BRZ limited automatic .
Instead of 2.9%, they can do 1.9% 48 months. And waived the $599 protection package also. Which I don’t see it list anywhere on the window sticker . Do you guys think that I can negotiate to $36-37k OTD? Am I being ambitious o it’s possible? I can wait til Labor Day ,would that help with lower the price? Thank you for all the inputs !! CHATGPT suggests that if it automatic , it might not sell as well as the manual. I would think that helps in term of negotiating ??

Is this a good deal or I can milk more discount out of it if I wait til either Labor Day or end of the year December sale?? What is the total OTD I should be aiming for? Thank you for any input. Sarcasm welcome too 🍻

BTW. This price is for lease around $812 $5000 down and 36 monthly 10000mile annual

If finance will be 3.99 for 48 mo and 4.99 for 60 mo

I ticked all the option boxes possible for 2026 IS 350 F sport with tri beam, MK sound, bbs 19” wheels and f sport handling.

What is this wooooo sound??

Whenever I flush the toilet or turn on my faucet this woooo sound start. Haven’t touch the main shut off in years . Does that mean a valve blow up or pipe burst happening soon??? Not knocking sound or hammering sound just wooooooooooo
