32 with AMH of 0.064. Doing my first IVF cycle and have one follicle growing and it’s measuring at 14mm! I’ll take it.

We are so torn on what to do. We are about to start three back to back IVF cycles and our clinic needs us to make our decision on PGT-A testing by Friday. Our doctor is saying not to do it since we will have a very low
embryo count most likely and that I’m still young (32). She said our pool will already be small so why make it smaller. For anyone is this same situation, what did you do?

Hi, recently started my weight loss journey about 5 weeks ago. I’m already down 10 pounds! Below is an example of what my meals look like. Any and all advice appreciated! I’m 32F, 5’6 and current weight is 250 pounds

Breakfast:
Three hard boiled eggs
Blueberries

Lunch:
Carrots
Hummus
Chomps meat stock
Mozzarella cheese stick
Almonds and pistachios

Dinner:
Grilled chicken
Roasted veggie
Roasted mini potatoes

OR

Lean ground beef
Sweet potatoes
Cottage cheese

If you’re AMH is similar, how many eggs were they able to retrieve? I’m 32 if that makes a difference lol thanks!

Hi! I really need a new shampoo and conditioner. My hair is fine but I have a lot of it. My main issue is my roots getting oily easy and I just feel like my hair gets weighed down. I’ve tried the following and they didn’t do much for me:

Redken all soft (it irritated my scalp)
Amika (made me shed my hair)
Matrix food for soft (added to my oily hair)
Redken volume injection (makes my hair dry and knotty)

I’m thinking of trying Aveeno.

I started my pumpkin seeds in peat pots and wrote on them which variety they were. Well, we just got hit with 5 days of straight rain and the writing is now gone. I had 13 pots to begin with and I only kept 8 of them. Let’s hope I choose the right ones to move to the ground!!
