Hey guys I just bought a z have 2 weeks and the convertible is broke or stuck

Is a 2010 370z

Idk but the driver side is stuck I tried to remove manually But isn’t going, the passenger side is fine and move but the driver side is stuck, and

And if U look the picture the driver side look damaged, look more up that the passenger side

I have the convertible light in the dash that look likes the convertible is stuck open idk

I tried to use the open and close button but nothing workes no sound nothing
