I click on the link in the email, instead of taking me to confirm my identity, it takes me to log into my instagram account, I click to log in and it says “there’s an unexpected error please try again later.”

Customers keep refusing to collect parcels because they don’t want to pay custom fees. The orders get returned to me and customs (in Germany especially) charge €20 plus on an item that’s £24… WHYYY I don’t blame customers for not wanting to pay such a high customs fees for such a low value item

I have a new shop. I say new but it’s actually nearly 6 months old. I’ve had zero cases against me. Zero refunds. All 5 stars reviews. Consistent sales. My orders were put in a payment reserve that got lifted over a month ago. It says I have funds available for deposit but there’s a “temporary” hold on my funds. Seen as i’ve not received any payment yet i’m dubious to continue making and sending orders. Has anyone managed to do anything to make their funds become available? I tried changing the deposit schedule. Tried speaking to Etsy but it’s just AI chat crap. I even use etsy’s shipping… It’s nearly been 6 months now and this is getting ridiculous

Say if i’m a company director and I only pay myself the personal allowance of the tax year of £12,570, can I do PAYE myself or do I need to pay an accountant to do it?
