i realised recently that everything i do since being a child has always been because i thought other people would find me attractive or cool or it’s a socially acceptable thing to do.

I’m now in my late 20s and have found my forever partner and feel like i’ve stopped needing outside validation. but now i’ve lost my motivation to do anything. I’ve found myself saying what’s the point in doing the things i used to do because it’s not for anyone else or nobody else will see me do it and it isn’t to attract people. These can be silly things like wearing clothes i think look cool or doing exercise. I now find no enjoyment in it. any advice on how to stop feeling like this way would be appreciated, because it’s all things i want to keep up with or do but just now lack motivation or enjoyment in doing!

i have a canon EOS 1300D. Recently i’ve been helping my partner with some videos for her dance class for her social media. However, when i’m trying to transport the videos to a macbook or ipad or iphone, it will not work.

i’ve tried the wifi option but it just says “movie format not supported” and i’ve also tried putting the SD in and SD Card adapter and transferring it that way but the external disc is not showing up anywhere.

tried the option where you go into files and click external drive, also tried disk utility but it’s not showing up there either. also tried to completely reset the mac.

the SD CARD is a SDHC 32GB sandisk. the macbook is a macbook neo and is updated to the newest version. (as is ipad and iPhone). any advice would be greatly appreciated!!
