Found on a cardboard box in my apartment in NC.

If it is, do I need to look out for anything else? I haven’t noticed anything abnormal around or seen any live cockroaches.

Found this on a cardboard box in my apartment and now super nervous. I haven’t seen any other signs of cockroaches but is there anything I should look for if that’s what this is? TIA
