Donkey Kong Bananza - Emerald Rush DLC 100% Clear!

I’ve been playing the Emerald Rush DLC since the day it launched.

I only played it in short sessions here and there, but I finally cleared every single rush.

Aside from Hilltop Layer, nothing felt too difficult.

Between all the main game content, the Emerald Rush DLC, every Emerald Rush Event so far, and the DK Challenges…

it took me over 130 hours in total, and it was an absolute blast.

P.S. I didn’t even know the final puzzle existed — I only cleared it after looking up a guide.

Any chance we’ll see a Rally where the final map is Rainbow Road?

It would be absolutely insane if we could get Rainbow Road in the Knockout Tour.

That being said, the track is pretty long, and it might honestly feel a bit too wide open for a 4-player race.

Added Xenoblade to the collection today.

I’ve always been interested in the series but never got around to playing it. However, after watching the Switch 2 Edition trailer, I just went ahead and bought them all.

I picked them up used, and my plan is to play through them one by one as each upgrade pass drops.

As for X... something about it feels a bit off for now, so I think I'm gonna skip it for the time being.

▲ 3 r/Mario

Mario absolutely HAS to be the next title for this event.

While the classic games didn't really have any special objectives, clearing levels with specific restrictions in Bananza was a genuinely fun experience.

If we actually get a Mario challenge for the next event, what kind of diabolical levels do you think they’ll throw at us?

DK Challenge all clear!

Super lazy of me to only post this now.

Those final two levels were a nightmare, but as long as you follow a guide to create your own setup and take your time, it’s definitely doable for anyone.

I really wish we’d get more features (or events) like this!

What actually just happened...

I was playing solo on auto-mode, and the AI decided to play Copycat, shrinking my 3-card hand into just 1 card. I guess it wanted to triggering Silvally's high-damage condition, but Sabrina was literally right there to be used instead.

The auto-battle AI in this game is an absolute joke.

I’m intentionally dropping my VR just to enjoy the game.

Out of pure luck, I managed to push my VR up to 8500 the other day. But right after that, for a whole hour, I barely gained any points and just plummeted straight back down to 8000. It is just way too stressful trying to purely enjoy the game at the 8500 level.

It’s pretty clear to me now that my actual skill level belongs in the low 8000s. So now, whenever my rank gets a bit too high, I intentionally leave the lobby to tank my score back down. Honestly, this feels like the best way for me to keep the game fun.

Finally back after 4 long months.

I was always hardstuck in the low 8000s, but with a bit of luck on my side, I finally managed to push to 8500. Though knowing my luck, I’ll probably drop right back down in no time lol.

Is Nintendo just clearing the slate to prepare for a legendary standalone Direct?

Or am I just huffing some serious Nintendo hopium right now? Maybe I'm just being a huge fanboy
