my state just banned phones. we used to get to use them during study hall, passing periods, lunch, etc. i get so insanely bored in study hall when i have no homework. any ideas for entertainment?
i plan on auditioning for rhythm x and auditioning for jacobs school of music during my senior year. im trying to find solos i can work on now (im a rising junior) so i can have them perfected and learn more skills! any suggestions?
hey! im a counselor at a girl scout camp and the heat index this week is up to 108 degrees fahrenheit and im outside for all of camp. 45 minutes of swim time as well. how do i get through it, and most importantly, how do i get the kids through it? any help is appreciated!!

for context, im a upcoming junior marimba player. last year (or this year i guess) i got close with a few seniors and one junior. the junior told me near the end of marching band that they were quitting. it didnt hit me until this season started (after indoor percussion season) that i wouldnt have my buddy anymore. the one person that kept me sane and was next to me (figuratively and literally) through both marching band and indoor. with the seniors, it didnt hit me until auditions started as well. like theyre gone. i feel so lonely even though i have friends. i dont wanna make friends with the underclassmen cause i dont wanna look like a creep. i need help, because its gonna be worse next year
every day i wake up and am immediately anxious and dizzy and tired. this goes on for all day. i take medicine (zoloft specifically) but it doesnt seem to help. i just feel like passing out all school day and i never get better. my heart pounds and my ribs hurt and i feel like im dying. what am i supposed to do im only 16. please help
