Hello! Baka lang po merong in the same situation as I am. I am a member of Landers Fairview. Nasunog na sya last year and after that I've never really gone to another branch.

On April 28, Landers sent a message that they will be extending my membership til Feb 2027 (my original expiry was in March.) but on May 15 I received my SOA for the Landers Cashback Everywhere and saw that they charged me 700 for the renewal fee.

Tried contacting their hotline pero always busy. Any advice on how I can drag BSP into this and get this resolved?

Hi everyone! Has anyone tried staying at this hotel for more than 2 days? How is it? I've been looking through agoda and i couldnt find bad reviews so I dont know if it's really honest. I've read that the rooms are compact but I think it wont be an issue since the rooms we got in hong kong were pretty compact too and we were fine with it.

Suggestions for other nearby hotels are also encouraged!

Hello! Newly registered PRC Professional here. Nasa medical field po ako so wala akong idea masyado when it comes to these things. I just procured my COR and my next step is to register my books of account. Since I only render services and technically wala po akong equipment needed for my "business", ano po ang appropriate books to register sa BIR? May medical professionals rin po ba dito with my same case or maybe accountants who can help 🥹

If so, I would not know what to write on the last 2 books since I don't know what to count as "business" expenses since I render services. Thank you!
