Fast charge but also fast drain! Help!

Hi guys so I got a ringconnair 2 and for some reason it charges so fast (5 mins full charge) but also drains fast (30mins-1hr). Has anyone else experienced this? What to do?? Appreciate advice and tips!!

Just want to say I’ve been in bed all week resting cuz of shingles. I’m feeling some depression and anxiety dealing with this as it’s my first (and hopefully last) time. The electric feeling of pain that randomly happens, the burning, and living in a tropical hot country, it’s hard in the heat

First time to have shingles!! What did you guys do during this time? Are you able to go about your normal daily activities? I’m on day 1 of oral acyclovir and the burning feel of the blisters are tolerable but they still do burn
