As the title suggests: If Stan Lee had remained alive and healthy, how do you think his cameos would have been incorporated into post-Endgame projects?

First off, I'll note that apparently he was supposed to voice a character in GOTG v3 (presumably in its early pre-Gunn firing-and-then-return state) and a look-alike was supposed to show up in No Way Home during the cafe scene at the end, so I'm guessing those would be what he'd have had in those films.

So, just off the top of my head:

FF:FS -- 100% would have been one of three things: Part of the opening news montage, been the guy on Yancy Street who yells at Ben to say "It's Clobberin' Time", or he'd have been in the Atlas Comics office (where they show two young guys who are meant to be Stan and Jack) when Silver Surfer arrives.

WandaVision - Would have shown up in one of the fake commercials, I'd imagine.

Dr. Strange and MoM - Probably a guest at Christine's wedding. Maybe they wouldn't let him in, to continue the gag that goes all the way back to when Reed and Sue got married in the comics.

Loki - Some TVA worker

Falcon and the Winter Soldier - Probably reprise his Smithsonian security guard

Hawkeye: Audience member watching Rogers: the Musical. Probably really into it.

The Marvels: 100% would have been a guy getting eaten by a Flerken during the evacuation

Shang-Chi: Probably reprise the guy in Ant-Man and the Wasp who felt the 60s were catching up to him. Would have seen the bus fight and then said something funny.

Thunderbolts: A bunch of possibilities. Maybe a guy on the street during the Void attack. Maybe someone in Washington. Maybe the post-credit thing with Red Guardian.

Eternals: Would have been a museum curator or something delivering the Ebony Blade to Black Knight (as Stan created the original Black Knight that Dane Whitman is a distant descendant of) just before the infamously never-followed-up Blade whisper.

Love and Thunder: New Asgard tourist.
