Am I stupid for keeping my eltra-expensive cards in a binder?

Hi guys,
I might happen to have a few expensive cards (5k+ value) in a binder.

Here is my problem:

I like having my collections in way that i can browse, view them and keep them in a specific order.

For example, i have a Vault-X zip binder that contains one of each every card released on the year 2022, which is the year the game came out. This includes all super pre release cards, including the promo and winner, all the starter decks in pre-errata, all OP01 cards in pre errata and all the promo cards that came after until the end of the year. I also have a few SP and the Manga god pack from PRB01. So for this reason, i like keeping the cards in order of their code and color so it looks nice when i look at them page by page.

I have double sleeved them (inner sleeve) and used the best binder in terms of quality that i could find. However, since the prices for those cards have gone up extremely quickly, i am worried that I might be damaging the cards, if i haven't still ofc.

Give me some ideas, what is the best way to store those cards but not just keep them in toploaders in a box so that i can show them to someone or myself?
I read somewhere about toploader binders, are they any good? If yes, recommend me the best one please.

Otherwise, let me know what other ways are to achieve said result.
I love One Piece and i love collecting, not looking to sell them, they have a good sentimental value so i am not grading either. Keeping them raw.
many thanks

Core one+ filament sensor calibration fail

Hi everyone, after 15 wonderful hours of building my Core One+ kit I managed to finish assembling my first ever printer.

To be honest, since I am extra careful and meticulous when reading the instructions and comments over and over to make sure I understood everything at every step, I expected the printer to pass all test and run when powering it on.

However, it did fail on multiple steps along the way (door sensor, y axis, homing) and managed to troubleshoot my way by reading on posts and managed to make the test pass. However I am completely stuck at the filament sensor calibration and no matter what I do, i can't figure it out.

It asks me to make sure there is no filament loaded, which there isn't as I ran this before puting my first spool inside the tube and when I press that there is nothing inside, it just returns a failed error without any explanation. The printer keeps popping the message up that I need to pass all calibration tests before printing and since this is the last one, I want to make sure I did this right.

I tried to load and print a benchy by ignoring and bypassing the calibration prompts and the results I guess we're just ...okay? It did have a few spots that weren't super detailed or deformed at the hull or deck, but I don't know what I should expect. It was a 11 minute print overall.

Any pointers?

Help me pick a filament!

Hello, I just ordered my printer Prusa Core One+ (total beginner here, but it has been a 15+ year dream) so I'm hyped to get into that rabbit hole.

However I have been overwhelmed by the amount of information regarding filament types and brands and have no clue on what to do.

Regarding type, I was thinking on starting with something simple like PLA, but since I invested in a good printer, it's natural that I would like to try also other materials. What do you guys recommend for my first order?

Regarding the brand, I know that Prusa sells filament but they are a bit expensive from the looks of it, do they provide good value/quality? Do you recommend other brands are a better deal for starting out? Ideally I want to purchase from within the EU to avoid big shipping costs.

I am located in Greece btw

Big thanks

Upgraded MK4S vs Core One+

Hi, I am looking to buy a used Core One, since the new price is way too high and shipping even within EU is ridiculously expensive.

I have two options:

  1. One that is upgraded from a MK4S, the owner claims to have bought it last year

  2. one that was bought as a Core One+ with 520 print hours

Is there a way to distinguish the upgraded mk4s or core ones to the original one+?

Do they have any disadvantages over the ready to buy core one+?

Identify fake MtG Double Side cards

Hi everyone, I want to buy the following mtg card. I asked for close-up pictures but this is the best photos the seller can shoot.

How can I identify if they are genuine or fake? Do I need to buy a microscope or I can use something cheaper like a magnifying glass?

I told him that I will buy the card, but if it turns out to be fake, I will return it.

Will the remake run on my PC?

Hey guys, I currently ordered by mistake the collector's edition on PC instead of PS5 which is my main gaming station. I didn't want to order it twice, so I wanted to try if this will run on my old PC in decent state, or If I should just buy a second digital copy for my PS5.

My PC is Ryzen 5 3600, RTX 2060, 16GB Ram. I did run the demo but it was not running as well/smooth as I would like tbh.
