I came out years ago, almost a decade. But I still get scared of being “exposed” as I did suffered a lot of extreme homophobia some years ago (eg, more than once, a guy put a knife in my throat for not wanting to be with them + another woman - obs: I’m a bisexual woman). Any advice?

For context, I’m a woman below 30yo, with different conditions and I got diagnosed with PsA <2y ago, but I have had psoriasis for almost 2 decades and arthritis spots were found in different parts of my body at least 5 years ago. At first, I was put on chloroquine, which gave me awful side effects (I couldn’t eat all for almost 6months). Then, doctors changed me to methotrexate and, despite some few side effects, I had a massiveee improvement! Unfortunately, in the last few months, I started to have random fungus spots, which apparently it’s quite common in those who take methotrexate… so my doctors are now considering immunobiologicals but I’m a bit afraid of it tbh, especially cus I have other conditions that are being treated with methotrexate but won’t be treated with immunobiologicals. So I was wondering if anyone else has had this methotrexate side effect of fungus (specifically tinea corporis) and how did u dealt with it? And what is your experience with immunobiologicals?
