what is this?

keyboard help, appears that windows and alt switched among other things

so im very not smart with this stuff, so i have no idea what the solution is, and everything ive looked up hasnt helped. "function" seems to not work either but im guessing it was a random keys being pressed combo that did this (cat always rests on my keyboard, pressing random things)

ive tried FN+Space, FN+Q, FN+S, and other things but nothing seems to fix this.
