important question

my period has been on going and it's now the 15th day. my question is do i do ghusl in the morning like fajr time of the 15th day or do i wait until the end of the day like Isha time so the full 15th day has passed. I've heard two options one is do it at the start of the 15th day the other said wait until the whole day is over or almost over. so what do i do?

Update on Event Flow London

it's listed under a company called ISA Payments Limited. The company name has changed many many times and you can read the bad reviews on GlassDoor for their previous name which was Inspired 212 Limited. I think they were also called Pulse Up at one point and VP promotions. Stay away from Event Flow London.

Prayed Istikhara and got a job offer but I feel uneasy accepting it - Need advice

I've prayed istikhara twice and in my mind I was thinking 'if I get offered the job I'll take it'. I've gone through multiple rounds of interviews and today I got a job offer from the company. thing is, the company is a face to face marketing company which works on a pyramid scheme (from my research). also, each interview i went through I was picking up more and more red flags. i prayed istikhara to get a job offer and now i have one but, it just doesn't feel right. I feel uneasy accepting the offer. What's Allah trying to tell me? any advice is greatly appreciated

Avoid Event Flow London

had multiple zoom interviews with them and there's been many red flags that have been going off in my head. also, is it a thing for companies like this one to change their name and branding? they said they've been going since 2017 and have made millions in revenue annually but I can't find anything about them when i google them apart from their website and their Instagram which looks like it was created a week ago. it's disgusting that these companies are preying on those who are young and are struggling to look for work. definitely avoid!

Should i take this job? Advice needed!

this is quite a long post so i apologise in advance!

a company reached out to me about a week ago saying they've found my CV and they think that I'd be a great fit for their marketing company. I had an initial one way zoom where the manager was talking about the company and what they do. they focus on face to face marketing and they kept talking about customer acquisition. they have a five stage development programme which is what they want people to be apart of. you start off in sales and in one year you'll become an office owner (that sounds too good to be true) and they spoke about how they take their best performers on trips every year and they have a really fun work culture etc. they spoke about how they make millions a year and are looking to expand. they want someone who's got a good work ethic, an entrepreneurial mindset and someone who wants to be mentored. they were speaking quite quickly and the whole thing felt very rushed and it ended very abruptly too. after that initial one way zoom i then got a questionnaire i had to fill out and send back to them. not long after that, i got another email saying they liked my answers and wanted me to have another interview.

I then got invited to a second zoom meeting which was a different person reiterating what was said in the one way zoom meeting. they mentioned that they work for various different brands and they spoke about how it's a commission based job but you get a few hundred pounds a week for four weeks only. they said you need to be good at accepting rejection and pushing forward. they again spoke about the millions of pounds they've generated annually. the zoom meeting seemed more relaxed this time round but I still felt unsure of what i would be actually doing. i then had to fill out another questionnaire. the next morning i got multiple emails being sent not long after the other saying how they liked my answers and wanted me to progress to the third stage interview. the way they kept spamming me felt kinda weird.

the third stage interview was another one to one zoom. it was focused more about me. they asked about what drives me, why do i want the job etc. they mentioned how it's commission only because an hourly pay is going to make people have an 'hourly pay mindset'. they want people to be grafting hard and pushing through adversity. they said the job entails working in busy areas and doing face to face marketing. again they spoke about the fun work culture and the progression ladder that they want people to join. they also mentioned how they've had hundreds of applicants and they've got it down to under 20 applicants now and are about to make a decision on who to hire.

I'm unsure on what to do because I looked the company up online and i really can't find much other than their website. their social media page is new and they have under 10 followers. i can't find any reviews online. I'm just confused honestly on how they even found my CV and how fast everything has happened from the initial zoom to a third stage interview. also no clue how I've somehow gotten to the under 20 applicants from over a couple hundred as i don't have much experience as I'm young. honestly, is it a good idea to work for them or no? is it a genuine opportunity? any advice is appreciated!

Working for a boycott brand?

I'm in the UK and I've been looking for a job and I've been avoiding brands that are on the priority list for boycotting. But what about brands that have indirect links such as KFC? I've been struggling to find work and honestly just need a job somewhere man 😭 Would it be okay to work there?
