Baby crying suddenly at night

My 6 month old and I bedshare and I breastfeed in the c curl position all night if I need to. This works for us. But lately when it gets to 1am and bub is crying and I try feed him he still cries and will not settle until I hold him up on my chest and will go straight back to sleep. I’m trying to figure out if this is from teething, starting solids, or reflux. He has his top two and bottom teeth already with the top just cut through recently and little guy had reflux when he was younger but I thought it would have improved by now, this behaviour seems to be new in the past few nights. Or is it gas from solids?

6 mo wakes every 40 min through the night for comfort nursing

Baby does not take pacifier or bottle. Feeling burnt out and sad. Been this way since forever

My baby turns 6 months this week and since maybe 4 months he’s been having 45 minute naps. He does 2.5/2.5/2.5/3. The 2.5 is max what he can do, sometimes it’s just 2. He wakes up at 45 minutes not crying just looking around waiting for me to get him. Any advice is welcomed.
