Would the finished game run better than the demo?

I want to buy the game on steam instead of my xbox cause I love sao, am trying to move away from consoles though all I have at the moment is a steam deck and a laptop that would melt itself if It tries to run anything more demanding than minecraft

I would be fine playing it on my steam deck if it didn't drop down to 3fps every now and then though I don't know if that's something that would get better a bit after release or if the finished version just wouldn't have that problem, so please all that are probably more knowledgeable than I grant me thy knowledge I beg of you

Sidenote: I could just wait, buy it on steam, test it, and refund it if it still happens but I want to preorder it so I can have the Elucidator

Looking for an original superhero game that makes you feel powerful

Im looking for superhero games that make you feel powerful and are original, Ive gone through all of the arkham series and the spiderman games and most of the other popular hero stuff, I want a game where I can just be a hero (or a villain) with superpowers, not connected to marvel or dc, preferably open world... or at the very least not a side scroller or turn based game

For a bit more info, I have an xbox as well though I think Ive played all I can find there and there isn't a tag that lets me be more specific with what I have at my disposal... unless its multiplatform in which case sorry about that.

ALSO Ive played both prototype games, Ive tried Saints row 4 and Crackdown but they don't scratch the particular itch because I don't want superpowers + guns, I just want superpowers, ive played undefeated but its really short and gets bland after a while, ive been eyeing superhero simulator, though ive tried it once and it kept crashing so idk if I should try it again.

Sorry if all of that eliminates every game there is, Im just hoping there is something interesting that excessive google searching hasn't shown me yet

Cars games loading to a black screen

Im trying to get Cars 2 and Cars 3 Driven to Win (the xbox 360 versions) to work on my steam deck and neither actually work, they both have the same issue, I can start them just fine. the opening sound, menus, and loading screens work, but the actual gameplay is just a black screen
