Just getting back into using my peloton after a long 3 year hiatus 😅 are there less live classes? Seems like they are really hit or miss these days!

Love taking Cody’s live classes. I’m not sure what his schedule is or if it’s just random too. Help ya girl out!!

Did Metformin help with ovulation bloating??

Currently ending week 3 and feel extraaaa bloated and also really constipated. I’m on the 500mg 2x a day regimen and feel like a cow, no other side affects like many people have reported. If it helped you how long did it take to work?

I thought I got lucky with no metformin side effects….but week 3 🤢

First two weeks started 500mg at dinner. 3rd week added the second pill in the morning and I feel awfulll. It’s only Day two of 2 pills but ugh might go back to 1 for a while. I had no side effects on the 1 in the evening.

Anyone stay on 500mg once a day and feel the benefits?

Considering starting my journey on Semaglutide soon! Does 0.25mg to start seem right?

Background: restarting my health journey after finding out I have dangerously high cholesterol. Changing my diet and started a statin + adding more movement to my day. I want to add a glp1 in and curious your thoughts on Semaglutide and this dosage to start.

I just turned 40 and literally a week later started on 10mg of Rosuvastatin (Crestor)

I had routine lab work that I had to request outside of my annual physical and I am so thankful that the NP believed in me and requested it.

My total cholesterol is 363, LDL is 255 and HDL is 70 🤯 I was absolutely shocked and floored. I’m 5’8’’ and weigh 190, just turned 40 this month FWIW.

I’m 4 years postpartum and haven’t lost all the baby weight but I wasn’t gaining a lot until recently and started feeling really, really bad. I could not believe it was so high. That sure did jump start my workout routine back up and making heathy eating options. I really wasn’t even eating too terribly or at least I thought. But this was a good wake up call. My Dr immediately put me on 10mg rosuvastatin and I’m almost a week in! Just starting the journey and really curious to see where I am in 3 months. Also terrified of the what ifs and if I hadn’t got the bloodwork done!!

Anyone who is scared, don’t be. It’s worth it and could save your life 😅

What was your treatment protocol? I just turned 40 and found out I have insulin resistance and VERY high cholesterol

My cholesterol is through the roof. Like scary high and looks like I’m insulin resistant. All leading to the PCOS/PMOS diagnosis. My question, anyone else with this? What was your treatment protocol??

I can’t win 😒

I’m in such a fucked up position. If the job market weren’t horrendous I’d bounce.

To set the scene: massive layoff happen, people manager from various parts of the business inherit the ones that are left (non people managers), move them to a completely different team. Expect them to perform and now they have this invisible power in their hands to play chess with employees. Pick favorites and bully others based on other toxic leaders. Like wtf.

What would you do?? How do you stay motivated? This fucking sucks. I feel horrible.
