What is your most negative take about RKLB

We have all the positive news and hopium about the company and the stock but my strategy is to gather all the positive aspects and all the negative aspects of the stock and weight them in my mind to create a net score. Currently my mental scale is too positive for RKLB. I want to know your most negative takes on the company / stock and the future.

My take is spacex and elon musk would manipulate the market and prevent the stock to go up to its potential as elon musk have too much political power and the industry is very sensitive to government regulations and alsoelon is somewhat expert in market manipulation.

Also the investors are waiting for the neutron and this creates pressure on the team, that pressure would end up being a failure in the first launch pad tests (as in the last fuel tank rupture but worse).

Still the positive aspects are way stronger for me in the long term. What is your negative take?

A critical question about VTOLs

I recently encountered many people that are very optimistic abut this stock and overall the whole new industry it will create. However, I want to clarify all the questions in my head, because VTOLs doesn't really click with me.

First of all: safety. As a person who is interested in aviation and knows how FAA is very strict about safety, it is critical to ask what is their solution to engine failure scenarios? Airplanes can glide with their wing and helicopters can do autorotate which is basically their form of gliding with their rotor blades when engine fails. What is the proposal for these vehicles? Are those going to just fall out of sky in in case of engine failure or electrical system failure etc?

Also, is there any working prototype from any of these companies? What is the background of the CEO?

I hope to get all the ideas from all those yay-sayers and nay-sayers before committing to it.
