Cross-Border Intermodal

Canadian freight broker here, done a fair bit of domestic intermodal container moves, now my customers are asking about it as an option to move freight crossborder.

Say, a dry load from Ontario to Florida.

Problem is, the main intermodal partners I use up here will tell me they either don’t service that lane, or the rate they give me is as high or higher than a truckload.

Am I looking in the wrong place? Let me know if there’s better options for this and if it’s viable.

25M , 5’9, 160 lbs, need some upper body critique

Been training for 3 years, what’s lacking and what is looking decent?

Push pull legs split, I go 3-4 times a week, eat decently clean, no booze, and aside from water it’s just 0 calorie soft drinks.

I want to get bigger, I’ve mostly just been losing weight slowly though, part of me is a bit nervous to cut, took me a long time to get down to this weight, I used to be 200 lbs, and not in the fun way.

M25, 5’10, what do you think?

Lifting for 4 years on and off, I do not have a good picture of my legs, they’re average but I’ve been meaning to work on them more.

No special diet, I only eat one big meal a day though, no breakfast, and mostly drink water or zero calorie soda, no alcohol.
