£3500 Road bike advice

Hi, I'm looking to upgrade from my Cannondale Topstone 2 gravel bike as I've been mostly road cycling.

Budget is around the £3-£3.5k mark.

Here is a few I've found:

  • Cube Agree C:62 Pro 2026 — £3,399 Ultegra Di2, Newmen Advanced A.50 carbon wheels.
  • Giant TCR Advanced 0 2026 — £3,299 Shimano 105 Di2, Giant SLR 2 40 carbon wheels.
  • Trek Madone SL 6 Gen 8 — £3,200 Shimano 105 Di2, Bontrager Aeolus Elite 50 carbon wheels

Can anyone give their thoughts on these, or give other suggestions?

Most rides will be in the 30-90km range. Fast solo+group rides and *potentially* races.

Thanks

How bad is it to get a 3rd in 1st year?

Doing one of the courses in Huxley. I learned how much more effort and focus I actually need to put in so next year I'll fix up.

But how much will this hurt for internships?

what do you do after you switch away from a bank account?

After you switch away, having completed a switch offer, do you need to do anything else to sort of "delete your account" ?

In hopes of, in a few months or a year, being able to do another switch offer.
For example I just switched away from First Direct, but if I log onto the mobile app it still has all my details etc. just no balance.
