Hi all. As expected with the new edition, I have a newcomer question regarding terrain and board size. I am aware of the zone mortalis tiles and size. But I am trying to get many birds with one stone here. I have a fair amount of Sector mechanicus terrain that I was planning for AOP events and dioramas. KT24 pulled me in and since then collected the older terrain sets. As I have a few volkus boards and have based my minis with a colour matching scheme I figured I could merge teo boards together and carry on with my mechanicus vision.

So question is, is this acceptable type of terrain to mix in with 'munda (albeit not fully complete) and is it taboo to merge two boards together with the volkus colour scheme?

Idea is two still use the same terrain for playing KT Nemisis and Joint ops. I dont really want to commit terrain and I like the idea that I possibley have a reason to get all the terrain out and have at it whike still using it for other game systems.

I do have Volkus, Chalnath and Fronteris. But fluff wise, could they be added in? I did read that the mechanicum leaves the lower factories for the houses to run.

Making my way through the armageddon box and representing DA and GotC for my local GW store event in September 🤘🏻 GotC are rapidly becoming my favourite chapters.

Few hours in painting the captain. Decided to that 3rd company will be mostly basic marines without the fancy upgrades. Saving that for 5th. Still sticking with bone aquilla unless it should be gold?
