Timeline as follows:
4/28: asked about bag, available colors and pricing
5/1: paid via paypal and gave them my shipping information
5/3: PSP provided. Everything looked fine so i gave the go signal to ship
5/7: tracking info provided
5/20: package arrives to me here in the US of A.

Unboxing the bag was great. You can tell they took great care to package it properly. Right off the bat there was no plastic smell. They placed deodorizers and scent packets in the bag.

Pros: The bag was soft and slouchy from the get go (didnt stop me from tossing it in the dryer still tho 😝) proportions seem correct and i have no concerns about getting clocked in public.

Cons: (and this is me getting REALLY nitpicky) i have not seen the auth in person but seeing all the photos online makes me think mine’s a shade darker and mildly less shiny (but really could be lighting)

And then there’s the tag. Auth has silver plate on the inside

Otherwise, i LOVE it. I attached a city small for comparison that i got from another buyer. Visually similar but the leather on the east west is just divine that im thinking of getting another one from louis to replace it.

Louis has been really responsive to questions and very professional. 💯 will purchase from her again. Ive also noticed that prices seem competitive when i asked other sellers

My pumila’s base frond folded on itself and made a shelf like structure. Its already turning brown since the other side’s actually growing but im considering cutting out the curvature (see 2nd pic) so the next leaf that grows over it sits more flat.

Seeking advice on whether or not doing so is a good or bad idea.

Interested in the east-west version and im alreadt spotting very minute inconsistencies comparing to auth like some of the stitching

I know im not supposed to expect a 100% copy but was just curious if this is currently the best version available
