just wondering what your next steps were?
what did this mean for you about how you live - medications, dim lighting etc.
lens extraction isn't recommended for me.
when were you able to tell you had central/paracentral vision loss? i can't tell rn though i've been told this is clear central 10 damage. i just feel when i cover my affected eye, my vision remains the same except cropped. when i cover my unaffected eye, it becomes harder to focus (in addition to the cropping obviously).
just some portraits of women writers with their cat muses :)
there are plenty more writers who are in this genre who have cats but i can't find portraits with cats of them. i feel like it's gone out of vogue to have an author portrait with your cat which is a huge shame lol.
anyway post if you've found more!
the calico princess at 15 (first two photos), 6 (second two) and 1.
just diagnosed with early kidney disease :|
can you tell who is the favourite child?
calico (turning 15), tortie (turning 3), void (10 months)
do you think she's a tenar or a therru? she's very small, under 7lbs. i want to name her tenar tbh. but i'm not sure if it should be a rounder name.
do you have cats with earthsea names? pls share them
she is 10 months old.
i'm thinking: elowen, marisol so far. i like long/lots of vowels for her because she is very soft and her head is very round.
she is also small, around 7lbs.
what did you do for your cats hitting super senior?
my calico turns 15 in a month and i'm thinking about what can be done.
post your cat birthday celebrations plsss
the cats in grass trays image and the chair image are from earlier set ups. the dome bed was bought because it seemed like she wanted shelter from the wind which is why she went under the chair. my grass and cat grass is definitely sparse compared to the photo from a year ago, but i think otherwise it's improved a lot!
I know this is the nature of how glaucoma is monitored but does anyone else find it frustrating?
So you have a result that's much worse than the previous result, but the doctor says, "There's variability, nothing to be concerned about. We'll see with the next result." A similar but somewhat better result occurs in another test two months later, they're like, "Still within variability." A similar result to the second one is repeated in a third test, another three months later, and they're like, "It's stable." You're like, "but isn't it advanced now?" And they're like, "but it's always been advanced. It's been advanced for three tests now."
It feels absurd as a patient.
