If they're not going to regularly do the weekly bonuses, they need an Amex offers style experience

I've noticed that since they've stopped doing the weekly offers, I use the app and card a lot less frequently. Compared to Amex, Capital One, Chase, etc..., it's kind of a boring experience. Maxing out the weekly bonuses was a fun little mini-game and I definitely miss it.

Been a Sofi customer for like 3 months and I have been really enjoying it. To the point where I wanted to open an invest account on top of my banking accounts and transfer $1,500 to it. It let me start the transfer and then asked me to verify my identity. I uploaded my id and took a selfie (even though I think I did this when I opened my account) and then ... nothing. My invest app says I need to upload documents, but when I try it says I've already done it.

I've tried talking to support 3 times and nobody has been able to help me at all. In the meantime, my $1,500 got taken out of my savings right away and is currently MIA. I'm about ready to just leave SoFi now. No idea how support is so bad for such a big company.

May as well get the most of the credit while it lasts. May as well grab something under $50 and get some extra MR points.
