How good is customer service?
I just received an order and it’s clear it was opened and I’m missing 4 polishes. I emailed mooncat customer service with photos and my order number. What is the likelihood I’ll get replacements? I’m not even sure I want to use the polishes that were left (Werewolf’s Bane and the getting even nail primer) because why were those two the ones left behind?!?!? 🤨

Three coats of each. Deaths trumpet is on a pinky nude gel base. Werewolf Bane is on a milky white gel base. Swipe to see the regression and how the colors build. After reading so many comments about the sheerness of Deaths Trumpet I decided to put it over a base.
