When I join public games NA is default. How change?

As a travelling diabetic I try to really limit my intake of sugary drinks. I drink loads of water but also really enjoy sodas.

Here in Sweden I have around ten options in every store for sodas without sugar, but sometimes when I travel, the pickings are slim.

Cola zero is usually always available, but do the local supermarkets have their own brand of sodas that are sugarfree and not cola?
