Is SkyTV mean to look like this?

I’m new to sky and the tv has really disappointed me. The app icons do not load, I’ve tried a hard reset and it doesn’t help. Is this normal? The apps are unusable as I can’t see which app is what. I was with virgin before and really regret changing now. I don’t have this issue with my other devices, eg chromecast works fine and internet is fast but I’d rather just use one device for tv and apps. Has anyone had this problem and found a solution?

I took a fall and now my oncologist wants a brain MRI

As the title says and I am shitting myself. I am still in active treatment and I get neuropathy from chemo. The other day I took a fall in my stairway and I think it is because I can't really feel my feet very well, but I kind of also felt like I didn't know where the next steps were. I am okay and uninjured, got away with it with a scare, but when I told my oncologist she seemes concerned and I'm now waiting for scans. Has anyone been in this situation? I am terrified.

I'm going to have a full body CT and spine & brain MRI.

Bumble bees nest - who can collect?

I have found a bumble bee nest in my garden under the patio. I am having a new patio built. Is there anyone who can collect these? I can only find keepers for honey bees. Based in BS4
