Any idea if this sounds normal?

The car has 300k km. It's a 2011 c250 cdi oem 651. I had it for one month, unfortunately, I don't know who the previous owner was so I can ask about service history.

Is there any chain noise? I can thell the vacuum pump is making noise after pressing the brake, but I'm not sure how chain noise sounds like.

7G tronic harsh shift when cold

Hello, I have 7g-tronic plus for one year so far. It has service history at MB of ATF changes at 120k km, 200k and at 280k by me, now it's having almost 310k. When it warms up it's all fine and smooth, never had an error, no harsh shift when braking at cold or hot, no jumping when putting it in D or R .

When there are over 25-30 degrees celsius outside, it is slightly noticeable, but when it's under 15-10 degrees it's harsh on upshift from 1 to 2 and feels like a really bad clutch dump from 2 to 3 which I'm sure it's very bad for the drivetrain. I tried taking it slowly, in S+, C, nothing works at all, shifts the same when cold for 15-20mins, getting better after the first shifts and disappearing after.

What should I change to make the car shift better when cold? I had a new w205 with 7g plus back then and it was doing this, but way lees noticeable then my car, especially from 2 to 3. Can cleaning the valve body do the thing? Or should I worry about this at all? It's so annoying.
