As mentioned above. I've written a blog since I was young, it had some popularity back in the day, but I slowly gave it up. I've started writing a novel over the years, but I never know how to continue. I'd love someone who has written a novel to help guide me through the process, the thinking of it all. Hopefully there's someone in the city I can work 1:1 with!

As mentioned - I'm a Canadian who has moved to the US for work and since there's empty home tax, I made sure I had a trusted friend rent the property. I reached out to BCAA about upgrading my policy as I have a renter and they said because I don't live in Canada, they can no longer insure me.
Another insurance company I reached out to said that my renter is considered 'short-term'. It's not short-term, he has a legal rental agreement that's with my strata, and my strata doesn't even allow short-term.
What are my options here? I'm assuming there are a lot of Canadians who move abroad and rent out their properties and can still get insurance.
