I tried rapido for 3 days and I feel I was paying from my pocket for it.

I did 3 to 4 hours daily usually morning from 6 to 10

I have a scooty which gives me around 40 km avg, i was getting mostly long distance rides , and while coming back I usually didn't get any rides in the direction of my home so I had to come back 10 to 15 km without any ride

So today I worked from 7 to 11:30 made around 350 which is the highest of all 3 days I did around 75 km

So my petrol cost will be 170 so I just made around 170 for 4 hours of work and constant nagging of customers while most of the young people you get are good and supportive, people above

30 are a pain in the ass, they will constantly judge you try to put you down by saying ki acche se padhe hota to ye nhi karna padta , you should focus on your studies rather than doing this and they give you weird looks , i am doing this to get funds for my exam , but they don't understand and really try to put me down , so I am confused it feels at this point I am doing a charity work and in that also I am getting judged Rapido takes around 18 percent on per order

And then GST SO if a ride is of 45 ruppees I tend to make around 36 moreover I have recently found out that people get paid 8 to 10 per km while I am only getting paid 6 and 5 ruppees per km which is insane it's hardly covering the petrol cost forget about saving some for my expenses.

Please do suggest what I can do to get that money.

I worked as a rapido driver for two days for around 3 hours made around 400 including petrol cost

My petrol cost was around 200 for 2 days as there was a lack of order since I feel today is sat so I have to do long distance orders and while coming back I did not get any order which ate up a lot of my earnings, although it is more chill compared to other

Gig i did which is physically more challenging, you end up making less money, you can make a lil bit of money doing this I needed fund for my exams around 22 k i was planning of doing gigs rather than asking my parents for it as we are in a bit of crunch but I have not found anything yet , if you guys know something which can help me earn that sum of money and also I have to pay my rent which is quite expensive and I was planning to be independent and take care of my expenses by myself, it ll be a great help if you can suggest some other gigs or jobs.

Wtf is sunscreen jacket , it's a jacket that covers you and due to that it protects you or is there any kind of tech that protects you or it's just a gimmick

Do they work and are there any better option If they work ?

Fosho is just overhyped, i recently went there food was at par at best

I had ordered Kung pao chicken, their stone bowl and sushi , it was the most bland food I have ever had

The chicken in Kung pao was too salty, the noodles in stone bowl was too watery like it has no flavour

I don't like sushi much , it was okay, My gf likes it so we ordered she was also not happy with it

Today I worked as a blinkit delivery partner here are my reviews

it's not very sustainable as you have to do lots of short orders and the worst part is that they take almost same amount of time because the main chunk of your time goes into waiting for customers and the pay is really disheartening.

For eg : I got 40 rupees for a 4km which took me around 15 mins and got 12 ruppees for 1.2 km which took the same amount of time as it was an gated apartment order and they tend to take a lot of time and you have to go to the door which is not a problem but security check again and again you have to get yourself registered and all that for 12 ruppees is insane .

(Short orders doesn't pay you well the gist is that)

I made around 198 for 2 hours did around 30 km

Pay is based on distance, the no items doesn't matter

If it's a big order or small you get the same amount of money

If it's really huge you may get 2 rupees extra

A base line would be 10 for 1 to 1.5 , 20 for 2 to 2.5 , 30 for 3 to 3.5... and so on.

But customer usually don't pick up your call and you have to wait for 3 to 5 min ,Which can eat up your time.
