Hey guys! I'm 27 and I'm from Germany. So sorry for some medical words i may don't know perfectly.
Last October i had my surgery. It was urgent planned in less than 5 days since i had really really painful periods since January. It just came suddenly and I didn't even know what was going on with me . I really thought my time is over.
I got married in August and we tried to conceive "randomly" (without LH test , without looking for my ovulation) since around may last year. I think there was only one time we may have hit the ovulation.
But nothing happened - i mean yes. I had two chocolate cysts . One left, around 2,5 cm and right 4cm.
A small adhesion on the right of my pelvis but they just told me it wasn't even written down in my surgery report.
Well..
After surgery i had pain for 3months , while peeing and everything. It took a lot of time to heal the inner wounds.
We tried to conceive after 1 month even tho it was painful - so until now it's 6 months.
My period took to long to come after surgery so they gave me chlormadinon to push it. I think we can't count this month because it was pushed chemically. ??

So we had like 2 natural cycles with ovulation tests. (Or 3 if we count the other one in but i think it's not necessary) Perfect timing. Then fertility clinic gave me Letrozole to start. I had 2 eggs. Nothing happened. Even tho it was with Ovitrelle trigger shot.
I had a good feeling but no..
Then i had a HyFoSy - my tubes are free.
And idk why it doesn't work. This cycle we needed to try naturally again. So i had 4 (5)cycles.. nothing.
They said the first 6 months after surgery are the best. But they're over now.

When my period comes i need to call fertility clinic for IUI. BUT people tell me it's dumb to try it and now I'm totally down and idk if it's just a loss of money...

Insurance covers 50% for every try and our insurances gives bonus up to 500 euros per try. Still lots of money tbh.
IVF would be 1560€ but 30-40% chance..

Idk what could be the cause. Endo? Adeno?
They made a PCT test ( it was not that good even tho the sperm is more than perfect! My mucus as well but sperm wasnt that alive or moving after 10 hours )
That's why they said IUI would help.

But what if we're not compatible?? Sperm and egg..
Or endometriosis? Plasma cells and killer cells?
There are so many things..
But for those they just look in special cases like if we do ivf and put 2 embryos back and they won't stay they'd do a biopsy.
Not just for diagnosis.

I'm scared i cant get pregnant.. and it ruins my life and my mental health..

Also the shock was ; AMH is 0,54...
I'm scared my time is over soon and even tho they may be doing IVF i won't get any eggs.
With letrozol i had twin possibility ( two eggs 1,8 cm and 2.1 cm ) and this month without any hormones too.
But yea.. you'll never know.. i also don't wanna have a hormone bomb because it can cause endo flare up again and when they do ANOTHER surgery I'm done. My amh will be 0
