I'd like to see you guys expand on what FF title that doesn't exist IRL is one you want to exist.

Mine is one that combines the gameplay of V with the characters and story of VI and having music for many other Square Enix games complementing VI's already incredible soundtrack. Each of the 14 playable characters can have four jobs they choose from, with the fourth only unlocked in the World of Ruin. Leo can be played as in most of the game, as he survives the events in Thamasa while Banon dies in his place.
