[I was mistaken as a monstrous genius actor] [Debut Or Die] what is this genre called, any recs?

I won't lie I read ts accidentally ✋😔🤚 It was 3-4am in the morning and I misclicked the last one, read that sht for an hour before I realized what I was even reading. I was genuinely interested at that point so I just kept on reading until I finished it, I saw another idol show get recommended so I tried it, after that I was a fiend for the genre so I read everything I saw. and now this is where I'm at. Tbh before this I thought all these typa series were gay or sum but to be honest they were kinda fire, Idk it just felt like a nice break from all of the crippled meridians and clan massacres. like it's been 3+ weeks since I've read anything where every character has bloodlust.

the first 2 are by FAR my favorites tho, can someone please recommend me something like these 2. but like fr, ts is beyond bizarre, I never thought I'd deadass spend my time time reading about Idols and acting😭

[I Got the Weakest Class, Dragon Tamer!?] Summons staying as summons

like if the author wasn't such a horny ngga ts would be even better. like did he have to give the dragon a human form? like this might be the biggest problem with chinese authors. The other one I just read(forgot the name) bro's slime also turned into a big titty btch. like just make the dragon... a dragon why do unnecessary bs, like when it's in it's dragon form it just feels like a BEAST that's exactly what it should be 100% of the time, like just let it be in that form everytime. To accommodate for it's size he could've just given bro a subspace or something. like just imagine him opening a portal with 10+ DRAGONS, sht would be peak!! but nah he just had to draw titties 😐

The Form

LAPTOP QUESTIONNAIRE

  • Total budget (in local currency) and country of purchase. Please do not use USD unless purchasing in the US: Rands 17-20k, South Africa
  • Are you open to refurbs/used? Sure
  • How would you prioritize form factor (ultrabook, 2-in-1, etc.), build quality, performance, and battery life? I don't know nor do I understand
  • How important is weight and thinness to you? I don't really care about the weight, a laprop is a laptop, the weight doesn't matter too much
  • Do you have a preferred screen size? If indifferent, put N/A. fill here, remove dashes
  • Are you doing any CAD/video editing/photo editing/gaming? List which programs/games you desire to run. I wanna try and get into games, Idk which games
  • If you're gaming, do you have certain games you want to play? At what settings and FPS do you want? don't know what FPS is and I don't really know much about games, the only ones I've heard about are gta, fifa and the one I saw on tiktok, lemme check the name rq. I can't find the video but it was black wukong or something like that
  • Any specific requirements such as good keyboard, reliable build quality, touch-screen, finger-print reader, optical drive or good input devices (keyboard/touchpad)? nah, I don't think so, nah actually reading this back I guess a good screen might be a specific requirement? I'm not sure but I'll just put it here anyway
  • Leave any finishing thoughts here that you may feel are necessary and beneficial to the discussion. i'll just put what I originally wanted to say here I guess:

so yeah I've never gamed before so I don't know much about laptops but it's something I've found interesting recently. from even the little information that I have, I know that what I really want is a good screen,(and to be able to game ofc) since my main hobby rn is watching shows (until I get into gaming atleast) even if I won't watch my shows as much I'd like to be able to do so with a nice screen and I think I heard somewhere that a good screen also makes gaming better.

my budget is $900-$1.2k

>!so I dropped this 7 months ago when he married that random and joined a sect, sht was peak before that, I hate romance in these types of shows since I know how it ends up.. it's always ass. (especially in this one since what I mainly loved about it was that the mc was a wonderer who gave no fcks about anything but his life, it was this and RI but both of them did this bs at the same time, I dropped both.) I'm like 90% sure that he's gonna have to sacrifice something in order to protect her, there's gonna be clinging from her if he's away( I miss him so much, I wonder what he's doing rn, that typa cringe bs) or there's gonna be a bs recue arc where he has to save her. like I'll always find romance unnecessary in a story where we're aiming to become immortal and there's constant killing, on top of that the reasoning behind him having to marry her was complete bs, it felt BEYOND forced, he could've just taken her as a student or something similar. I was so pissed off that I just dropped it then and there. I'm bored asf rn then I saw this, so basically what I'm asking is if I'm wrong and that none of these sterotypes actually happen and if their marriage is mearly in name? My prediction was spot on for Renegade Immortal and he really did have to sacrifice something for her and he had to save her in some way. is it the same with this one too?!<

So I dropped this 11 months ago when the romance became WAY too much, like I had to wait a week just to see some girl cling to him, I really wasn't interested in that so I just dropped it. so I'm asking whether this stopped or is it still the same lovey dovey bs every episode? like it's sad asf since this used to be my untouchable. my no.1 donghua but the unnecessary romance just ruined it for me.

(dropped at episode 92)
