so, i ordered a load cel from Fanatec Canada and it seems to originate from Ontario when it ships. So it took no time to get to me. 2-3 bizness days from UPS.

I then ordered the universal hub v2 with a steering wheel. That one came from down south USA and took about a business week to get to me. UPS.

I just ordered the clubsport v3 pedals because if could not stand the csl pedals and that load cel is garbage to me. That one also seemed to have shipped from Ontario so i would get within 2-3 bizness days.

Long Story short... For Canadian order some stuff comes from Ontario, other stuff come from down south USA.

The good news is that Fanatec now bends over backwards to ship things almost on the same if you order very early in the morning.

Corsair really took that shitty company and turned it around.

I ordered a load cell pedal from Fanatec with the Canadian flag in the corner a couple of weeks ago, delivered by ups. no extra charge. I am assuming that this would be their local Canadian warehouse/store....

I placed another order today from Fanatec with the Canadian flag again.

Now i have received the tracking and it looks like the order will come from the US since it is an tracking email form UPS USA this time around and i am totally not happy about that. That would mean that i would have to pay import fees likely tariffs and then the horrendous fees that UPS is known to charge when a package comes from the US.

I bought and paid the taxes in good faith but now i may have a very nasty and salty bill when they come to my door. I am trying to find out what would happen. Of course the AI chat bot answers are all over the place and it seems that there is no proper email or way to email them. ( what a surprise )...

Did anyone in Canada run into this?

There is zero chance than i am gonna pay close to 50% extra for the gear.!

I purchased the gt v2 wheel back then and the clicking noise from the rocker mechanism was pretty bad.

Is it still the same system ( loud click on shifts ) or did they work on damping that noise?

I watch dozens of reviews and literally no one mentions anything about that problem which makes me a bit suspicious that the problem is still there.

I am new to this and i am at a total loss on how to set up an add on wheel in gt7 on my t-598. I am trying to configure a sf - 1000 wheel and an evo32 r wheel to work in the game. I have searched dozens of videos and no one shows how they went into the GT7 menu to set their wheels up. you would think it would be brain dead easy but it is not, at least for me. Can someone help?
