Rear vent windows
Does anybody know if these vent windows are supposed to swing open or remain only closed? I havent been able to get them to open. And dont want to break them. Thanks in advanced

Im looking for some guidance on how the vacuum switches and controls on the brake switch were set up originally if anybody has a truck they would be willing to take or share a few pictures of theirs It would be a great help. I know painless has a kit already, i’ll get there just not yet.
