Is studying in France (especially Paris) worth it if I'm worried about getting a job afterward?

Hi everyone,

I've been thinking a lot about studying in France, preferably in Paris, and honestly, I'm feeling conflicted.

I'm genuinely interested in building a career there, especially in the luxury industry, but I'm worried about the job market after graduation.

Here are the things that keep running through my mind:

How difficult is it for international students to find a job in France after a master's?

Is speaking French at a B2 level enough, or do employers expect near-native fluency?

Are companies actually willing to hire and sponsor international graduates?

Has anyone regretted choosing France because they couldn't find work afterward?

If you graduated in the last couple of years, how long did it take you to get your first job?

If you could go back, would you still choose France?

I'm not looking for reassurance. I'd really appreciate honest experiences, whether positive or negative. I want to understand the reality before investing a significant amount of time and money.

Can you guys recommend study abroad counselor for France (Paris) in Pune? Honest reviews needed.

Hi everyone,

My_qualifications are BBA IB MARKETING ( just graduated)

I'm planning to apply for a master's in France (preferably Paris) for the 2027 intake, and I'm looking for a trustworthy study abroad counselor in Pune.

I'm specifically looking for someone who:

Has good experience with French universities

Doesn't push only partner universities for commission

Helps with scholarships, SOP/LOR guidance, and visas

Is transparent about fees

Has experience with students applying to top schools in France

I've heard names like Campus France, IDP, Fateh Education, and GoFrance, but I'd love to hear from people who've actually worked with them.

If you've studied in France or are currently applying:

Which consultant did you use?

What was your experience like?

Any consultants I should avoid?

I'd really appreciate honest reviews, both positive and negative. Thanks!

Scored 61 percentile in MBA CET. Feeling lost and disappointed. Need honest advice

Hi everyone,

I recently got my MBA CET result and scored 61 percentile. To be honest, I'm struggling to process it.

I had hoped for a much better score and now I'm feeling disappointed, embarrassed, and worried about my future. My parents are also concerned, which is making the situation even more stressful.

I keep comparing myself to people who scored higher or already seem to have a clear plan, and it's making me feel like I've fallen behind. Right now, I'm not sure whether I should focus on getting a job, prepare again for MBA entrance exams, or explore other options.

For people who scored low in MBA CET or didn't get the result they wanted:

What did you do next?

Did you attempt again or take a job first?

Looking back, how much did that score actually affect your career?

I just want honest experiences from people who have been in a similar situation and managed to move forward.
