Getting a human at Instagram support is actually impossible

Been trying for 11 days.

Every form leads to an automated response. Every appeal says the same thing. There is no chat. There is no email. There is no phone number.

Meta made $160 billion last year and cannot staff actual support for creators.

Not even asking for much. Just someone who can actually look at my specific account instead of sending me a link to the help center .

Did anyone build consistency by starting smaller than expected?

I used to think I needed a full structured routine to make progress, but every time I tried that I ended up quitting after a few weeks.
Recently I’ve been doing just walking and light incline work, and weirdly that’s the first time I’ve actually stayed consistent.
Did anyone else have more success by starting smaller

Did cardio eventually become something you enjoyed mentally?

When I first started doing cardio regularly, it felt like something I had to force myself to do. Now I’ve noticed I actually feel off mentally when I skip it for a few days.
Did anyone else experience that shift over time

Recurring injuries completely changed the way I train

I used to train pretty aggressively without overthinking much.

But after dealing with recurring injuries over the last few years, I notice I approach training completely differently now. Even when something feels mostly healed, there’s always this hesitation in the back of my mind wondering if pushing harder is going to restart the cycle again.

Physically I can still do most things, but mentally it changes your relationship with training.

Anyone else experience that shift after repeated injuries ?

That sh*t was freaking diabolical  like what was it.... So recently the boys memes and reels started flooding my feed it was sweet, tbh my feed is filled with kimiko and frenchy edits .... My friends warned me that it's not a normal super hero show and they were damn right but I like it cuz it shows reality without sugar coating it.... I'm gonna start it's 2nd season now  wish me luck guys

eco-worthy price is only $221. Is this true?

I bought it on amazon for $429. Is it really only 221 for this place now? Has anyone successfully purchased it? Details in the 2nd photo.

Do attractive creators automatically grow faster on social media even with average content?

A lot of people believe presentation and appearance play a bigger role in growth than creators admit. Sometimes average content from attractive creators gets far more engagement than high-quality content from others. Do you think social media growth is influenced more by looks than most people are willing to accept?

Need people to make movie-related posts in our subreddit.

Looking for movie fans who wanna earn a little side cash 🎬

I have started a small movie discussion subreddit where we’re trying to make it more active with genuine movie posts/reviews.

Right now we’re paying around $0.20 per post since the subreddit is still growing. As the community grows, payouts will increase too.

Looking for stuff like:

  • movie reviews
  • recommendations
  • discussions
  • underrated movie posts
  • latest movie opinions

Nothing super professional needed, just decent original posts from people who actually enjoy movies, avoid spam posts

If interested, comment or DM.
