Hey y'all! Every morning I'm on campus (5 days a week), my first class is in the Art and Architecture building, which is an awkward distance from any parking except the commuter core. As an incoming off-campus freshman, I'll realistically only have a shot at a remote pass or a park-and-ride pass.

Any tips for making this commute easier? And is the remote pass even worth chasing for a case like mine if I can even manage to get one?

Got into pokemon a few months ago and soon enough I’m gonna try for my first ever time getting in line for an in person pokemon drop! How early do you guys get to big retailers like Walmart, target, Sam’s club, etc to secure some pokemon cards? Any help would be appreciated and thank you!

Edit: thank you guys for the recommendations, just to clarify I’m wondering about ascended heroes and prismatic drops at Sam’s club, which scalpers go crazy about ://. I’ve only been able to get my hands on chaos rising and perfect order etc.

Hey all! I’m currently in the process of looking for a laptop for my data science major. I’ve been looking around the $1200 range for open box and new. Right now I’m between the Dell 14 Plus, Asus zenbook, and some different ThinkPads including the e14 and x9. What are pros and cons? Am I missing out on any other laptops? Here’s the requirements I need to meet.

Operating System: Windows 11 Home or Pro (64-bit). Note: Windows 11 "S mode" is strictly not recommended.
Processor: Intel Core i9 / Core Ultra 7 (Series 2) or equivalent higher processor.
Memory (RAM): 32 GB RAM.
