Has anyone gotten their case assigned to an examiner than shortly thereafter the case is unassigned and back to waiting?

Sorry for the weird title, I don't know how to easily explain this. Apologies if flair is incorrect

I am in reconsideration (denied once so far) and I submitted me appeal back in July of 2025, it took almost a full year to the date for me to be assigned to someone. I actually had to message my congressman back in June because something didn't feel right about that wait (Kansas btw)

Half way into this July it got assigned to someone, and it was requested to submit a form for disclosure of information that is needed yearly. Not only did I submit this digitally though the ssa website (and had to go though an ID check) but I also mailed in the form after calling them and finding out they don't have the digital scanned pdf version (not sure how after the multiple steps I went through to submit it???) The lady told me not to worry and wrote down a note on my case file so say it was in the mail.

About a week passed by then and I check my page, only to find out I know longer have an examiner, in fact the website seems to think I haven't been assigned to someone at all. Pretty much says what it did before the mid-july update. I can't seem to find any information on this problem, or anyone whose been unassigned before.

I'm not really sure if I should call, or what.

Sly Cooper Inspired Logo in Untitled Tile Painter

Playing around with this fun little app and I made the sly cooper logo (sorta) I'd like to keep trying and perfect it, as the tiles can go smaller

App is called Untitled Tile Painter, and it's pretty user friendly. :)
